Pavo, huh? [Sure is a reaction... but it IS one he's seen.]

[Picking up one of the two he has, and considering it.] So what's with him anyway? Augmented?

Who knows? I think he was born that way. But what a backwards step to Neandertholic behavior and reactions. Except. He's annoyingly perceptive for someone who loses his temper over every little thing.

Dumb and hard to manipulate. A winning combination.

[And takes his.]

[And really, it's been a while since he's had this expression, for all it's a fleeting one. It vanishes into a far more calmer, disgusted one almost immediately.]

[Snorts] Nothing surprising here either.

[If I don't say it, you don't get rights to it either.]

That trust is a waste of energy, really.

[. . . ANNOYANCE. that is the word that might come to mind at his expression. exasperation, maybe. distaste, definitely. and yet, laughing a bit in a somewhat bemused way]

Not the Pavo brute, by the looks.

Something like that. I think they used to be ordinary people like our ordinary parents, but I suppose I had an influence on them, so since elementary school they've been... abnormal.

Well, it can't be helped. They're so much younger than me. Who knows what they might have been thinking--ah, no. I know what it might have been but, hm... it's. Eh...

It was. Somewhat.

Ah... they're twins, you know. And you know how some people like to treat twins like one person but twins often refused to be treated that way? My sisters don't have that reaction. They embrace the idea of being one person. So much so because they chose by die or coin toss to split human characteristics between the two of them. To the point that what they wear also follows this opposite connection with their chosen personalities.

... Elaborate.

[Exactly]

Also a complete failure. What they were attempting was to make the whole of the human race between the two of them. It was really a futile attempt.

Ah... and they've gotten so mean-spirited. Always dropping out of the sky to kick me and telling me to die. As if it's my fault. Which it is and I do feel guilty for. But really, they can't keep blaming me for something they continue to do with that much energy, always bringing attention to themselves.

Sure they can. It allows a person to keep doing it without any need to take responsibility.
