He is foolish, yes. And often deaf when he needs to listen. But he is not completely barren of good intentions—just of the ability to express them in anything remotely close to civility.
Once he has apologized, I have offered to act as a translator, should he require it. As base a level of communication as it may be, rage and yelling does little to impress or upset me.
