[As they travel, there are signs of foundations, rock set into stone with the care and placement too precise to simply be assumed anything else... where the rest of the structures are there's no real signs.

It is a few moments before the ground under their feet becomes a little more challenging to ride, the irregular bumps of a cobblestone road beginning to crop up with more frequency.. the barest edge of the torchlight in the distance shows a full half sections of walls...]

... We're getting close to something.

The nearest a roof style that your memories supplies the information that it was Pavonian... Another boxy, functional building across from that is clearly true, plain, Cepheus make...

Most structures have lines, cracks or outright missing pieces, but are mostly intact. They line the roads in an... almost orderly fashion... Most quite carefully laid out, but then you'll get something looking like a tower wedged in between or someone decided their home needed just a little more frilliness to it and added marble spires.

The only thing constant is that the doorways and windowwells are ... empty. Nothing bars entrance to any residence in the neighborhood.]

... No... you're right, definitely a settlement. It's... familiar.
