What:

[Once upon a time, a green thing escaped from an experiment, heard a greater calling, or... perhaps, indigestion, and made himself a throne.

It is an epic throne, made entirely of something not exactly unlike many, many glued together rubix cubes. As such nifty, modern puzzles possibly do not exist, it is very likely that it is a very unfinished chair that had paint thrown at it and called art.]
