[as Tiberius steps in, the setting flickers. it's still smoky and dim and welcoming, but the decor has changed. plants fill nearly every nook and cranny in this place. the walls are made entirely of some foreign wood, and the few patrons are dressed rather similarly to Tiberius in flavor, if not in actual design. moonlight streams in through the window.
