The Chains and Scales
[The room you step into is a perfectly square room with clean metal walls. In one corner of the room stands a table, and on top of the table is a small silver scale. The scales are tipped almost all the way to the right, the right side filled with little iron and silver weights, the left containing only a few silver and brass weights. What is more likely to catch your attention is the tiny boy sitting chained up in the middle of the room. His left hand is cuffed to a thin silver chain being connected to the roof and his right hand is cuffed to a heavy iron chain being connected to the floor. Finally around his neck is a broken and worn brass chain. Opposite from where you entered is a door leading further in.]
