Who: Anyone
Where: northern common area
When: Day 184, afternoon
What: stitches

[The best part of cave life with nerfed heals, tired mages, a stubborn exorcist, and a heart run full of razor-sharp glass = self-stitching. Allen has opted to not make a mess of Lacerta's insides or outsides and is stoically sewing up one of the bigger gashes on his forearm right now. He has various first aid supplies laid out, he's shirtless, and he's wearing one of his crappier pairs of rags. I mean pants.

He's pretty good at this. He's barely even flinching.]

We helped out Trixie on Vulpecula-- Aeris' old friend. She had a room full of glass in there.

[nod]

She was in a bad state.

. . .It went really well. Thankfully.

So you fixed her up?

Yeah. I was a bit cautious of going into someone's heart when I don't know them that well, but in case the group split up... which they did. It was a bit messy.

But it went well. I think... Trixie will be okay now.

How did you do it?

[hm...]

One aspect of her "self" had trapped another aspect. There was something that was broken into pieces, too, and a few objects in rooms that didn't belong there. We fixed what was broken, returned it to the right person, freed the trapped part...

Honestly, though I was nervous at first, it fell into place. What that Judge had "broken" was fairly clear.

Guess they aren't really the subtle types.

[shakes his head]

I've been in a heart that completely baffled me before. But admittedly it was a complicated one. This one was a lot clearer.

Maybe something with recent, aggressive damage like that can be spotted more easily...
