Right. So I think . . . we can do two pans. One for deep pan-frying, and one for regular pan-frying. We can make the appetizer normal pan-fried slug over deep-fried cabbage to make the green thing happy. And then deep-fry a bunch of slug and other meat for the main dish. Do you think mushrooms would be good deep-fried?
