When: Day 159, early evening.
What: Mini game for minis

[How exactly a ten year old Slick got fourteen plastic tubs full of waterballoons up to the Arena is a very good question, but not one likely to get answered here. What you DO know is that once that is done, he travels through caves hollering and knocking on doors to let the kiddies know there is a mini game and you can get candy.

Presumably this is sufficient.]
