[Speaking of skinny boy(?)s wandering around outside the Corvus/Lynx area -- a fairly tall and unhealthily-thin young man has exited the Corvus dorms and is looking around in some confusion. He looks very pale -- especially in brilliantly-coloured Corvus uniform -- and not very healthy. Visible on his bare neck is a long scar along his neck, as if cut with a knife some years ago, and his bare hands are covered in strange black smoky patches.

He looks quite lost, and more wary to see others than relieved]

Fourteen teams, many of which have leaders; I was given their reputation, colour, and things like that. We compete in games, held by judges. These games are cruel. But if we win we get some memories back. We can only rely on our team and our partner team... if we rely on others, we'll be punished. It we get hurt or killed, we can be brought back but our team will be punished for it. [regretfully] Food is carefully rationed...
