	Because getting food here is hard enough even if you have a garden, and this kind is edible. We can only spare one, though. [Points out the eyes on the potato.] Cut it into pieces, and make sure each section has one of these. Then put them in the dirt. Each of them will grow its own plant. 	One sort wouldn't be much help in getting you started, though, would it? [Indicates the tiny bulbs.] Split these up and plant them, and they'll grow a kind of grass. It's a little bit spicy.
