Fay had drawn closer during the feeding, and, aftward had decided stay as he were, against Kurogane's side. It was easier to serve their drinks this way, although why they were still sipping from their tiny cups when they could be drinking straight from the bottle was a bit of a mystery to him. He supposed there was a comfort in the gesture maybe, something familiar that served to remind Kurogane of home. It was a small indulgence that Fay was more than happy to help provide.
"So," he began, pouring sake into the tiny cup that was utterly dwarfed by Kurogane's hands. "Six months." What were they to do with themselves? After such a long journey, the break would be nice, but then, he couldn't imagine the ninja being content for very long. Fay wondered how long it would take for Kurogane to become bored and restless. Then what would he do?
