First Person Sample (at least 150 words, must be of the character you are applying for): I'm exhausted. I had to be up at six in the morning for shooting today, and this one scene just took...forever to nail down. We all went out to get some lunch, and it was good, although I think most of us were just throwing back coffee after coffee until we were almost-but-not-quite wired. So we could still be coherent, of course. It's hard to shoot scenes when you're jittery as all hell, right? Anyway, we worked all day after that, pretty much, and I got home in time to order a late dinner of Chinese and fend off Ajax and Callie, who have apparently been going insane. Not to that point that they've chewed anything up, but - well, it might be a close thing. After I eat, I'll take them to Prospect Park for a run. They won't be attempting to run me down or anything; I'm a pretty ace problem solver, if I do say so myself.
Third Person Sample (at least 200 words, must be of the character you are applying for): It was a rare day that Delaney didn't have to get up early and rush into Manhattan to get to set. Today, though, she didn't have to do anything for filming. It was sort of like a miracle, as far as she was concerned. So she slept in, as anyone sane would do, and when she finally woke up she spent some time giving the proper amount of attention to her dogs - and then, finally, when she saw it was two o'clock, she decided to go out. She was not really one to sit around all day, after all. She gave Ajax another scratch behind the ears, then stood and grabbed her bag, making sure her metrocard was in her wallet before she left the house. She would grab something to eat, she thought, then spend some time at the bookstore - and then head over to the set. After all, not everyone had the day off, and as long as she wasn't going to be in front of a camera, she didn't mind hanging out with the rest of the cast, and even the crew. She wouldn't be there all day, but she could visit.
