Most of the shakes had subsided, but Edan's breath was still slightly labored, struggling with what she'd seen. It was just too horrible, to easy to remember. When he spoke she wasn't looking at him, more taking in the space around them, but she did glance back, nodding a little. "My routine has me exercising every other day if I can stick to it." Though as of late she'd had trouble sticking to it which left her all out of sorts. "Is that how you deal with it? With what you've seen?"
