Jason nodded in agreement. He hadn't really thought of that, but that seemed like a better idea. A face-to-face apology would probably work better, but at least this way would - probably - keep anyone from getting hit. It was probably the best plan.
Sighing, Jason ran a hand through his hair. "I have no clue," he said, even though Reggie already knew that. "But if they made the jump from something like yard work up to the stocks? Who knows what the next step is going to be? Personally, I'd rather not give them an excuse to break out anything like electroshock therapy or torture or any shit like that." It was unlikely, of course, but torture was a possibility that he wasn't going to rule out. Especially since the day before, he'd have counted time in the stocks as unlikely as well.
