Reggie was the type that would joke about anything simply as a way to deal with life, so there really was no topic too morbid or wrong for him to laugh at. "OK, maybe not the worst, but definitely in the top ten that doesn't include people who die because they forget that they shouldn't put forks in toasters and that sort of stuff." Yeah, Reggie had done some ridiculous stuff in his time, but some people out there were just stupid.
Reggie really couldn't help but feel the want and need to talk all the time. He had grown up with a sour faced father and older sister, and had, from an early age, been the complete opposite of that. While his mouth had gotten him in trouble so many times that he had long ago lost count, it was something that he literally couldn't control any longer. Not that he had ever tried, either. Just wasn't his style.
"Ah, the sunshine state, then," Reggie observed. He figured that, if Jason wanted to talk about why he was incarcerated, he would have offered it. Not everyone was so willing to bring up the bad shit they had done in the past. "At least you didn't have to deal with snow then. Of course, I lived in New York for years before I was jailed, so if I hated the stuff, I should have moved a long time ago."
