"Damn, I was hoping that was logical. It was the best I could come up with," he admitted, giving her a half-smirk even as he was frustrated with the fact that his meager idea was ridiculous as he truly knew it was. "I think that's fortunate. 'Encouraged' fun seems to go haywire around here more often than not." He thought on that. "OK, the masquerade ball was pretty fun, admittedly."
"You're right, though. Probably a mind fuck just to see how we react. I'm still half convinced we're someone's fucked up reality TV or a social experiment."
He laughed when she asked if he spent time in the psych ward. "Nah, I was in the pen for stealing cars, not being crazy," he pointed out. "I just do weird things sometimes when I stay bored for too long. I happen to have taken requests on what to draw through the computer."
