Watching You
Characters: Jonas Setting: His room, morning
Jonas found the icon on the computer not long after he read the message that had it blinking. The video feed was an absolute gold mine. Never had he had such active distractions, and right there at his finger tips. At first he just flicked through them, checking one after another, seeing what there was to see.
Then he took his time. He studied each option for a few minutes, determining who was in each room, which angles of the other block the the cameras settled on, and what was the best to fill his time with. Each one held something else to look at, something else to watch. He dug out a piece of paper and made meticulous notes, though they were slightly scrawled due to the damage in his eye. It was harder to write in a straight line when he couldn't see where the line ended. Overall it was a slow progression through the different camera feeds, but he finally found something he liked, landing on it for a while and settling back in his chair. He'd watch her for a while, then head off to another one he'd saw that was just as appealing. Yes, this would do just nicely. Finally. Something to capture his attention. This would be how he found his next target.
