She nodded to his question, giving him a very serious side glance. However, it only lasted a second before she broke into her usual smile once again. "You're right. And now I bet I make you nervous. Which you shouldn't be. I don't do that shit anymore, obviously. But I was heading for retirement anyway. I know, I know, I'm a terrible person, blah blah blah. But it's not that simple, you know? It didn't start off like all that, and it's one hell of a slippery slope. People don't end up doing hard time for one, single mistake, it doesn't work that way."
Yet again, she wiggled around in her seat, shaking her head a little. "I think that was a compliment, so thanks. You seem like a pretty cool guy, if you don't mind the freak outs. Which I don't, clearly. But... you didn't answer my question."
