Carmel grinned broadly at her. She handed over half the stack of plates to Becka, since she'd made sure to bring plenty rather than go for another kitchen run herself. "I did! I just had to make you one, I'm just glad I had enough time to do it for you," she told the other woman, setting down the plates and reaching over to gently squeeze the other woman's shoulder, not sure how welcome a hug would be given what she'd put together about what had happened. "I hope you like it. I guessed on the chocolate but I thought it would go over well."
