"So am I, no worries," she said. It would take awhile before she was ready for that again, though she wasn't sure how she'd do against a man again. It wasn't that she was afraid of men, for generally she wasn't. But she was cautious, and wary, with a most men, at least initially. She nodded, and once she was sure she was stretched out enough, she took up a basic stance, making sure they both had plenty of room so they wouldn't accidentally hit him or he her.
She started out with just one of the basics, a punch and kick combo. It was rusty at first until her body unconsciously fell into a rhythm it remembered, switching up every ten times to do the other side, or switch to a different combination. She broke out in a light sweat, exertion tugging at her muscles but not painfully so yet.
