Susanna turned the water off with a hand that wasn't entirely steady as she felt him shift closer to her as his hands settled on either side of her. Her heart was pounding in her chest, thrilled with the way the tension had changed in the room. To be pursued in quite this manner... It had been such a long time. She didn't look away, even when he nipped her shoulder. A distant voice in her mind told her she should protest, that he was taking liberties she had not approved, but the proximity was making it very hard for her to recall the appropriate social procedures for such things.
