All told it was a quick thing, a drawn out handful of seconds as the saw buzzed right up the length of Meg's cast with a spray of light dust. "And... good," Cal murmured as he thumbed the power switch and withdrew. Dusting the cast off, Cal slipped the metal out with a little chuckle, turning it for Meg to see the unmarked surface. "Still got it," Cal said with a laugh, reaching back to his kit for a pair of spreaders.
"Let me officially welcome you back to the People Who Can Clap club," he teased as he torqued the spreaders open, bending the cast open with a sharp crack.
