Not a word was uttered from him as he watched Narcissa assemble the cards in an order he did not understand. Folding his arms atop the table, he leaned forward and chewed at his lower lip, hoping that the card she had just flipped over suggested something spectacular.
Truthfully, Regulus hadn't expected it to really be as uplifting as it had been. Sitting up suddenly, he looked up at his cousin's expression, the smile, and then back down at the card. "Does it really?" He chimed hopefully. So whatever he did next in his life was going to be of great importance. At least it wasn't going to be a waste.
"What else?" He inquired with much impatience, leaning forward some.
