The year is 1933 and with the rise of a Schakalen in a position of power in Germany the Wesen have begun to realize that they do not need to hide, nor to allow the Grimm to dominate the playing field and the news is only spreading further, growing outside of the country. With that the longstanding Verrat are now facing an opposition that calls itself Laufer.
Hatred is mounting higher between the two species as the Wesen have begun to properly defend themselves and attacks by each have begun to become more frequent and damaging.
The tables have turned and the Grimm are no longer the hunters but the hunted.
A Grimm Tale is a multi generational and country Grimm-centric RPG. The main focus of the community is the power struggle between the Grimm, Wesen and how it impacts the humans around them. Currently is only open to characters set 1933.
The game opens September 20th!

it started as a grand experiment in the entertainment game. as its popularity increased, the franchise expanded. the arenas became grander and more diverse. the fighters were given their own self-functioning city, located on a floating island. and as long as they abide by the rules and fight when they're told to, life can be quite good.
you have been brought to fight for their entertainment. they are simply known as the aliens although they have only ever appeared to their captives in human forms. very little is known about them except this: they are very powerful and they do not like to be bored.
there is no escape, there is only the arena let the games begin
