The torch is being passed.
Heroes are starting to retire and the next generation of heroes are coming into their own. They're learning to use their powers, beating up bad guys, living up to their parents' legacies and learning responsibility in the process.
DC - NextGen is a second generation DC Heroes journal RPG. While it deals with the next generation of heroes, the setting is sent in the present. The timeline roughly departs from canon in 1988, though we tend to look at it as a loose guideline. Characters from beyond that point and concepts beyond that point have been used with our current players.
We have a strong preference for players who are 18 and over, due to the themes often addressed in this RPG. We have a host of original NPCs for the game and plots going at any given time. We accept canon characters as well as original characters. We are looking for Cerdian and Jai West specifically.

Marvel Next Generation is a roleplaying game that deals with the next generation of heroes and villains in the entire Marvel Universe. While we gladly accept applications for X-Men and Avengers, we encourage applications for Eternals, Defenders, Inhumans, Asgardians, and other characters off the beaten path. While it deals with the next generation of heroes and villains, the setting is set in the present. We have a strong preference for players who are 18 and over, due to the themes often addressed in this RP. We have over 400+ original NPCs and have many plots running at any given time. We accept Original Characters as well as canon characters, adult or children. We currently need a Fantastic Four member and would like Marvel horror/supernatural characters. Our Wish List |

Located outside of the small town of Univille in South Dakota is a mysterious warehouse in the middle of nowhere. While the locals will all tell you that it’s an IRS building, they would be misinformed. The agents for this government sanctioned facility do not collect tax information, but strange artifacts with mysterious powers. These artifacts are there for safe keeping away from the public who would use or be endangered by them. The true reason for the warehouse is kept from everyone except the highest of government officials.
Recently an unknown artifact has been activated, and it is having a strange effect on our world. People from other universes are getting stuck in our own, with no knowledge of how they got there, or how to get back to their worlds. With no option other than to keep these strangers under a close watch, the agents of Warehouse 13 are recruiting them to help in their mission of keeping the world as safe as possible. But while people keep showing up in our world from others, the agents, new and old, will have to focus on what is causing this and how to stop and reverse it.

Now, we don’t exactly know what you’ve been up to for the past 28 years, Baelfire, but it couldn’t have been easy finding yourself in a new land so different from your home. And alone at that. Maybe you’re bitter at being abandoned. Or just maybe you managed to adjust. But either way we think it might be time that you looked for Storybrooke. Because here’s the thing . . . this whole curse business started after you left and we’re a little worried about what Rumplestiltskin might do if you don’t show up soon. Not that we’re scared.
