Storytellers have captivated audiences for generations with their legends of knights, elves, wizards; of dragons, gods and kings. But there is a rarer gift still; there are those who when they read aloud they bring the story itself off the page and into the real world. Silver-tongues, as they are called are often unaware of these abilities until it is too late.
In the year 2011 two silver-tongues met in an orphanage; both abandoned and alone they bonded. Together the two of them discovered their gift. They read many books to each other, and through that they learned much wisdom. Their time together would end too soon, because one of them would be adopted only four years into their friendship.
Another four years later they would be reunited only to discover that they both had been mistreated in the lives chosen for them. They bonded over their powers once again; the powers that they had hid for the past four years. They began reading characters out of books, and now that they were older their choices of characters had grown up as well.
Unfortunately, one of them read out the wrong character. When Professor James Moriarty was accidentally read out of his book he kidnapped his silver-tongue. He plans to force the young boy to read out more characters that can help him take over this new world. His sadism and cruelty have become even worse in this new world. Making New York City his new home, he has locked the young Silver-Tongue in one of the rooms of the mansion he is living in.
The remaining Silver-Tongue began reading out heroes from every story she knew of to help her save her friend from the Professor. The hero she wanted to read out she couldn't find. The Professor had hidden all of the copies of his own book, so that his one true threat couldn't be read into this new world. Only just last month she found a copy of The Hound of Baskervilles in the New York City Library and she was able to read out the Legendary Sherlock Holmes himself. Now it's an all out war between masterminds, mythological beings, heroes and villains.

Welcome to Harmony. Its a beautiful place, a city that isn't too big or too small. It draws you in with its peacefulness -- Harmony seems like a place you could be happy.
Thing is, this beautiful, idealistic place hides a secret. As they say, if it looks too good to be true? It probably is.
There are whispers that this place used to be the location of a terrifying experiment. People forgetting entire lives, being tested on with strange and terrible drugs. Not being able to leave. Everyone dismisses those who say it, because it really does sound crazy, doesn't it?
But to the people who were there, the people still experiencing it, and the people who can't leave?

In 2010, the Misuse of Muggle Artifacts Office of the Ministry of Magic finally granted permission for the next wave of muggle electronics -- the television -- to be studied and modified with magic. Ten years later, there was a telly in the home of every witch and wizard with programming ranging from goblin talk shows to galleon game shows to dramas, comedies, music videos, and even movies. More recently, 2021 saw the advent of reality shows, like The Fashion Show and Love Potion No. 9.
Get Real! was conceived by Maximus Trimble and Rhonda Roads as a way to appeal to the teenage demographic as well as pull in an older crowd on the strength of nostalgia. It's a reality TV show all about the life of the "average" Hogwarts student and the drama, laughs, and loves that blossom between them.
Season 1 begins filming this school year. By proxy of returning to school this year all students and parents have given their permission to be featured and/or mentioned on the programme. And if certain liberties happen to be taken with the presentation of the footage, well... that's just show business!

Prescripted is a social next gen game based on the premise "what if a reality show were being filmed at Hogwarts?" It's The Office meets Harry Potter. Cameras and microphones are not allowed in the bathrooms, locker rooms, or any of the dormitories, but anywhere else on the school grounds is fair game. Just because you can't see them doesn't mean the cameras aren't rolling... |

The Game |
It's been a year and a half since the fall of Voldemort and the Wizarding World is still rebuilding. The Death Eaters have been tried, Hogwarts has been rebuilt, and everyone is attempting to move on with their lives. However, most of them have forgotten the biggest thing they should have learned during the war; the importance of love. It was, after all, Dumbledore's message that there could always be move love in this world.
While working on an experiment to alter the properties of the popular love potion, Amortentia, Unspeakable Hermione Granger makes a mistake that leaves everyone within the Ministry, Diagon Alley, and Hogsmeade on that day fall in love with the person whom they're nearest to. While everyone is stuck with the wrong person, or in some cases, the right ones, The Ministry frantically tries to correct their mistake, but their attempt to bring everyone out of their love-drunk stupor only leads to everyone magically finding their soulmate. Not everyone will be happy about who they're fated to be with, but some of them may just find what they've been looking for.
Amortentia is set in the year 2000, when the Wizarding World is still recovering from the events of the war. We're focused on the characters exploring all kinds of relationships: romantic, family, friendship, etc. and character development. Every two to three weeks, the mods will introduce a new plot point for the game, which will keep things in motion for the first few months, with the plan being to let everyone keep things going with character interactions afterwards. |
Current Events |
After a botched experiment with altering the properties of Amortentia, almost everyone fell under the potion. Some people spent the time snogging, others got engaged, and some people ended up with people they secretly desired in the first place, opening up new relationships to be formed. There's also a lot of people who aren't happy about the entire thing, not to mention, some truths have come out about others. There's a lot going on and it's going to keep going on. |

Amortentia is currently seeking dedicated writers who are interested in character development, participating in game-wide plots, and moving the plot forward with character interactions. |
Coming Soon | Kingsley and the Ministry are going to administer a new potion invented by Hermione which will lead people to seek out their soulmates, which can only lead to chaos and hilarity. However, in order to make sure this all kicks some ass, we need to fill some of out most wanted characters, which include: Seamus Finnigan, George & Percy Weasley, Parvati Patil, Roger Davies, Angelina Johnson, and many others. |

The Game |
The year is 1981. Voldemort is still at large. The Order is hunting down Horcruxes. Sirius Black isn't in Azkaban. The Potters aren't dead. And The Longbottom's are nowhere near being admitted to St. Mungo's because of those damn Lestranges. Why not? Because we decided to throw canon out the window and re-write the story for ourselves and it's been one Hell of a story so far and it's only going to get better!
Over at Crescendo, we believe in letting you, the writer, determine where the plot goes based on character interaction and plots, so literally anything can happen. We believe in giving you the freedom to let things develop naturally, instead of trying to force your characters into a small box to make things work with what happened in the books. We've been open for nearly six months and we don't plan on going anywhere, so come on over, take a seat, and drive the plot a bit to see where you can take us next. |
Current Events |
Voldemort and his Death Eaters are doing their best to stir up terror to get the resistance against them to stop. Katherine Rosier is doing all that she can so Millicent Bagnold will be recalled as Minister, including murdering members of her own family who are sullying the family name, so Voldemort can take over, she can clear Bellatrix's name, and so a Rosier can become Minister. Alice Longbottom accidentally killed Alecto Carrow in battle. Bellatrix Lestrange is running the Ministry, unknown to anyone, because she is the puppet master controlling Minister Bagnold. Voldemort is on to Regulus and has a plan to kill the Potters, steal Neville, and to get his hands on the prophecy. Most of the characters are in hiding and hating it, leading them to come up with creative ways to kill Voldemort, not to mention, the Order knows about the Horcruxes thanks to one Regulus Black, and they've already destroyed one all because the Lovegoods are B.A.M.F.'s and they need to find the rest! |

Bellatrix Lestrange is going to screw Voldemort over, clear her own name, and take over the Ministry so she can finally have the 'right' side in charge, without all of Voldemort's little terror games slowing things down. Voldemort is going to try to kill Rodolphus and Bellatrix's child, force Narcissa to take the Dark Mark, and try to get Regulus to turn over his own brother to be killed. Not only will he be pissing off his own followers but the entire Order is ready to kill him, so it's only a matter of time before both sides come together to take him down or for one to finally stand up to him and try to kill his ass.
Things are going to be very interesting soon, however, in order for these things to be as kick-ass as we want them to be, we need a few characters. Our most wanted characters are: Severus Snape, Lily & James Potter, Xenophilius Lovegood, Kingsley Shacklebolt, Michael Brown, and a whole bunch more! Not to mention, poor Regulus really needs him someone to drag him out of that damn closet he's hiding in. |

Welcome to New York City, 2019. Population: last recorded at just over 2,500.
The outbreak has ravaged the city for six years now. The infected population now outnumbers the human population 10:1. Every day feels like a losing battle.
People still fight. There are still pockets of resistance; folks who have been determined to be immune to the virus, people who aren't immune but have things to offer and people who know that it's best for them to run and hide. Those people are too strong to die, too brave to give in.
For those brave enough to fight, just living day to day is occasionally a struggle. They're fighting to benefit a government who looks out for their own survival before the survival of the remaining citizens. Even the strongest people break every day.
But a rebellion is coming. Government vs. survivors vs. zombies.
