[08 Jul 2011|04:59pm] It’s been ten years since Raccoon City was destroyed by the American government with the excuse that there was a melt down at a nuclear power plant. The company based out of Raccoon City has long since gone under in the public eye. Enter Mystic Falls, a small town in the middle of nowhere with ties to the civil war. A new pharmaceutical company has emerged, this one using the foundations built by Umbrella many years ago, as well as some of the test models by the sister company Tricell recently in the US and in Africa. Will they be able to get a foothold on American soil? Or will Umbrella’s little baby company be forced back into the shadows?
