Millenia ago The Island was home to the great creatures of legend. They chose to go out into the world of man and for its safety, The Five hid The Island away. In ages past they controlled the areas where they lived, their powers gave them sway over their surroundings. Time passed and their numbers dwindled, many interbred with humans and their bloodlines, their powers became weaker. They were on the verge of extinction, of annihilation. Fifteen years ago, The Island reappeared and began to call its children home.
