One moment, you're sitting in your chair at home watching the footie game, and in another you're in a chamber that looks out of a historical movie. There's no electricity, and it's damn cold in that stone room. You stand up and walk to a table with a candle burning, your magical journal there. And yet, instead of cardboard and plastic covers it's leather and has your name written in the front. Stuck between the pages is a letter from someone calling himself only the Baron. He apologizes for your sudden tumble into his world, but assures you that you will be at home in the castle and that the small village near by is friendly to witches and wizards. He promises you work if you need it... but offers no way home.
Nocturne is a multi-gen Harry Potter game based in a world of ambiguous historical setting that offers a place for writers to place their favorite characters in a world that they have never been in before. Our game begins with ten characters. |

We're a asylum that brings original characters together with canon characters, this is a panfandom RP. The only restrictions on the 'OC' are the play bys. We can't have our canon characters running into themselves, it would be weird, and might send them to the medic because of a major freak out. We can't have that. Not that we don't welcome weird moments, we love those! But that would be just a little too much... If you enjoy the experience and want to become a permanent, you're welcome to apply for one of the canon characters that are not taken. Any Fandoms are welcome, we simply ask for a fleshy play by rather than a cartoony or 3dish sort, just to keep the players around you comfortable... I don't know about you but I think Jacob Black would feel weird about standing in front of a cartoon strawberry shortcake.

City of Hills is an aim and thread friendly play by (PB)/city based community set in San Francisco, California. Writers of this community are promised to have control over their story lines. As long as things are kept realistic, the mod(s) will not worry about how much of whatever is going around; especially considering this is a city wide based game.
