In the center of it sits the heart of the most powerful church that has ever existed throughout history - it brought about change that people were desperately in need of, drawing a multitude of members almost overnight and has now existed through several changes of government. It's theories are based off of traditions that many find controversial, requesting its members to enjoy their current state of life, believing that this plane exists for precisely that reason. Needless to say, many have questioned its teachings - including the current government. But the secrets and problems of the church go much deeper than the government of Amaranthine has even begun to realize. It's biggest secret is the order that exists within it, the Clerics; the purpose of which is to discover the people who exist within the general population that have been reincarnated. Yes, the church has found that they are quite correct in their teaching, but have also found that it comes at quite a price. Individuals that are reincarnated often lose their sanity as they regain the memories. The Clerics are trusted with guarding that secret and ensuring that the reincarnated are made safe. What if the Salem Witches' Institute mentioned in Harry Potter happens to be the very same Magic School that has a door directly into the Halliwell Manor? Perhaps centuries ago the Ministry of Magic orchestrated a separation of Church and State that excluded the Elders and WhiteLighters from interfering with European witchcraft. But their reach did not extend to the American colonies where true magic was stifled and only brought into the light in recent generations thanks to the tireless work of WhiteLighters. Now, in 2025, after two great battles have been won against Voldemort and the Ultimate Power, things have changed. Both Hogwarts and Salem Institute are open again.
