City Of Hills is an aim and thread friendly PB/city based community set in San Francisco, California.
Writers of this community are promised to have control over their story lines. As long as things are kept realistic, the mod(s) will not worry about how much of whatever is going around; especially considering this is a city wide based game. If things get out of hand, the game will address the issue(s) as a whole then. Members of this community have a voice with us and their opinions and suggestions are always validated and taken into high consideration. We also will provide a lot of interactive opportunities for characters. All play by (PB) types welcome.

Ten thousand years from now, mankind has spread out through the
galaxy. Too large to be ruled by any unifying force, most systems and
plaents have a law unto themselves. Diving Eagles takes place in the
Quandum system and consists of five planets and several moons. On one
of these moons is a hidden base of the mercenary group known only as
the Eagles, led by the mysterious Captain Eula. Through their deeds,
they have as a unit become very wealthy and powerful. . A family
forged in battle, the Eagles have intense loyalties only to each
other. They have no ultimate agenda, expect to work hard, make cash
and eventually retire in luxury if they live that long . Until now.
While, they are in constant danger and are hunted by several police
forces including the Quandum Guards, the ultimate lawkeepers in the
system, it was expected and manageable. Now a new enemy rises up to
challenge them. . A client that reneged on a deal, the Oak Prince has
unimaginable wealth and his own small elite army. He is also a sadist
and tyrant of his world.
The game begins as the Eagles retreat from a recent raid on the Oak
Prince's citadel. They have been hit hard and many were injured or
killed. But they have not come out empty handed. Along with a
reasonable sized bounty, they have freed several prisoners that the
Prince was keeping for his own amusement, including member of the
Quandum Guards. Now the prisoners have a choice to make. Do they stay
with Eagles and give up the lives they knew? Become spies for their
rescuers or betray them?
