In early September, 2021, there was a sudden and mysterious explosion in Nevada. It occurred around Area 51, but for what reasons no body knows and naturally, the government won't say. Shortly after that, the President of the United States--Mr. Miles Griffin--had gone missing. After that, all peace had spiraled drastically out of control with the rise of a dictatorial mutant group known as the Authoritarians. On the side lines, a group known as the Rebellion was slowly growing as well, trying hard to keep peace restored. It didn't take long for the Rebellion to be discovered, and quickly, war broke loose..

Rules Ω Application Ω Taken
cultofskaro is an AU Doctor Who RPG. The 'journals' that characters use to interact are actually an interactive reproduction of Harriet Jone's Subwave Network. Our story takes place about 6 months after the events of Journey's End.
"After defeating Davros and the Daleks the Doctor was forced to return to the time war in order to ensure that their meddling did not change the outcome of the war and create a ripple effect that could undo the very fabric of reality. He was forced to side with his greatest foe and assist in the destruction of his own race. Team Torchwood caught wind of what the Doctor was up to and sent a team to try and prevent him from going through with it to no avail. He was briefly reunited with Rose and his clone but the meeting was tarnished when Rose's now lover perished. He managed to re-lock the Time War effectively sealing the rift, but creating a bigger one with those he once considered friends. Being responsible for laying Gallifrey to waste caused him great damage that lead to his regeneration. It's been two months since these events, the eleventh incarnation of the Doctor has grown a little darker and continues to travel the universe trying to make up for the guilt that has slowly been eating away at him."
Original Characters are certainly welcome in this game with the exception of other Time Lords for obvious reasons...they are all DEAD! There is an entire universe of possibilities when it comes to creating your characters! We are a group of fans and good writers looking to have fun, so JOIN US!
