Forks, Washington, where one thing can always be relied upon, the knowledge that it will always be cloudy, dull, and wet. Raincoats are a simple must in everyday fashion, except those few and far between days when it's party cloudy and the sun decides to reveal itself. Because of the small town scenario, it has all the perks that come with it. Everyone knows everyone's business and most are overly friendly and curious, especially if your father is chief of the police department. Pretty normal, right? There's more that lies beneath the surface, scratch just a little bit, and you'll soon find out that there are a lot of exceptions.

Humanity witnessed the pinnacle of its evolution. For a short span of time, Earth was a veritable paradise and the genius of man seemed untouchable. They say that history wields the greatest lessons of all; a saying that has always been proven true. As technologically brilliant as we had become, we did not learn from our mistakes. We did not learn to overcome our own hubris. Each country became lofty of its achievements, while simultaneously becoming greedy for those of others. Those caught in the middle were forced to chose sides. So began a war unlike any other and, when it all ended, the paradisiacal version of Earth was lost.
It has been thirty years since and the world has yet to recover. It lies mostly barren and uninhabitable, save for a few bleak cities scattered over the northern hemisphere. Human society has attempted to pick up the pieces but struggle to remain hopeful in the face of a despotic government that monitors and regulates their every move. Some flee the dictatorship to live on the outskirts, or even in the deserts – only to cope with the perpetual sand storms, lack of resources, and those mutated by the nuclear holocaust we unleashed to end the war.

Anyone bored as much as I am?
I am looking for more private storylines. Please check the journal for more info-among other things such as who I play, etc and so on. As for storylines, i am up for anything and everything. If will play a male for any who can return the favor, it's how i roll, sorry.
For those Twilight fans - I would love to have any kind of storyline based on the books. I would love an Edward for my Bella. Or the other way around. Depending on how I feel i'm sure i can manage to play Edward. OR someone who is willing to take on the role of Robert Pattinson.

It is said the human population is only separated by six connections. In reality, we are all linked much more closely, simply by the coding of our DNA… the question is, can we all be brought together?
When one man attempted to do just that, he was killed by the sheer power of his discovery. Now, his son, Mohinder Suresh, has taken the tentative first steps to continuing his father’s research… and will ultimately bring a group of people with extraordinary abilities together.
But for now, these people must deal with the implications of their newly discovered abilities within their private lives. For instance, Peter Petrelli knows he can do something different, something unique, and will go to any length to prove it… even if it means jumping off the top of buildings.
More and more people are discovering they have abilities. Some are unable to handle the gift they have received, while others take tight hold of their abilities and see endless opportunity.
There are those, however, that have been aware of their abilities for a considerable time, and are more concerned with gathering others like them. Take Elle Bishop, the daughter of a lead within the Company that is working to gather these so called “evolved humans.” She has not felt the warmth of the sun on her skin in many years, but has finally been given her first field assignment. Will she have enough self control to keep from using her power and revealing herself?
And yet others are trying to cope with the morality behind gathering “evolved humans” for supposed research. Eden McCain owes her life to the Company… she never imagined her rebellious nature would be quelled, and yet she finds herself feeling empathetic towards people more than ever. How will she feel when she learns the Company plans to manipulate the DNA of others like her, in the end removing the gene that causes superhuman abilities?
