[26 Mar 2008|02:16pm] Arillius is an island unlike any other island known to man, more like a small country it is hidden within what people consider folds of magic. Time has contorted about the island to give it its own little world, a little place between the mortals realm and the Beyond. It has always been there. It is said it is within the Bermuda triangle, or the "Devils Triangle", the place where things just up and disappear a section of ocean where time and place is completely different. Arillius is a supernatural island, even though humans inhabit the land telling themselves that the wolf following them is just a wolf and not really a were, that the girl there isn’t looking at them with bloodlust in her eyes, that the wings which have torn through the leather of his coat are just a really good fake prop. Arillius is made up of four main cities. Serith, Thadius, Peralea and Erya. Three of which are controlled by those below unseen by mortal eyes, the mortals who reside in the city of Serith are unaware of the cities which call Arillius their mortal home. Each have a place in both the Beyond and in the mortals realms. Each city is beautiful, sprawling and vastly different and each watched over by a royal Family. What is metahuman about, you might ask? maybe THIS and THIS will help you? Its been months now since President McCannials was elected. Since then, life for mutants has been growing more and more difficult. Left and right, mutants are losing their jobs. Left and right, mutants are being found dead. Left and right, mutants are losing their rights, their families, their homes, their lives. A mutant hospital has been opened, known as "the New York Establishment of Mutantology", a testing facility for Mutantologists (that is, Mutant scientists) for better understanding of abilities, how they got them. Every day mutants are being taken into the hospital for testing, and some of them aren't making it out. A drug has been created, for testing on the mutants. It is believed that the drug will put an end to the abilities these mutants hold. But not all mutants are being stopped. Some are dying from the side effects (however covered up by the Government), some are getting new abilities. The effects of this drug are widely unknown. On November 15, 2020 - a flyer was sent out to every family in America, listing all the laws mutants were expected to follow. If these rules were not followed correctly, the mutant will be punished by hospitalization, or death. What do you think? Will you stand back and let this happen, or will you stand up and fight for Mutant freedom? As though touched by the hand of some twisted god, the town began to expand, the streets warping into an increasingly confounding labyrinth. As the town's power grew, creatures more horrific than any seen before began to appear. Even the Lakeview Hotel seemed to be changing, the rooms becoming ever more luxurious, as though the building itself was preparing for something. The number of floors increased as though the hotel were expanding on and on for forever with no real idea of where it stopped. It towered above the town as it never had before. The monsters that came out when the sirens screeched throughout the town would stand guard at the doors, waiting for victims who dared to venture out into the darkness. Now, after months of careful development and preparation, Silent Hill is ready to welcome its newest residents. The question is, are they prepared for what the town has in store for them? Letters of Lost Days is a multifandom based community in the creepiest of creepy towns; Silent Hill. All your favorite monsters roam the streets, the fog is dense and thick making it impossible to find where the streets begin and end or even see your own hand in front of your face. The school, the hotel, the hospital, and all your favorite places are still there for exploration. The only difference is that instead of being the only one trapped in this living hell, there are people from all sorts of worlds trapped there with you. No one knows how they got there nor does anyone know how to get out - some have tried, venturing into the foggiest areas of the town. Some wake up back in their hotel rooms after passing out - and some never return at all. Do they make it home? There's no connection, no excitement in most cases, and you only force yourself to remember what could possibly show up on a test in the future. These people are dead and gone and besides being able to learn from our past mistakes, there's no real benefit of learning about them. Some kids sleep through it, some kids zone, and a rare few are captivated, yet still have no real meaningful love for the historical figures they are learning about. So what would you do if you were forced to live amongst them and your very presence could change the entire course of events that you know are about to unfold? Set in the backdrop of Showtime's hit series The Tudors, Court of England is a multifandom game that likes to take a twist on the facts. Each person wakes up within the city of London's limits whether it be in the castle, an inn, on the streets, or a random bed of some home they've never been to. Still dressed in their 20th century clothing, they stick out like a sore thumb, and many are quick to think of an excuse; "We're from the New World." Pulled into the peek of Anne Boleyn's marriage to Henry, the very words anyone utters to the King or Queen could possibly change the world - and maybe even save the unfortunate events of the infamous King Henry VIII rule. To the east are Galla, Tusaine, and Tyra, and past them are Maren and Sarain. Carthak is south of Tortall across the Inland Sea, while to the west lie the Yamani Islands and the Copper Isles. In the year 437, Alanna of Trebond, the Lioness, became the first female knight in over a century. Since then, she has fought many battles, won against numerous enemies, and become a legend in her own time. Several tales are formed around her; she is often portrayed as being between six and ten feet tall, bearded and muscular and a true warrior for all to fear.
