We have to assume that the Malfoys told Lestrange what Draco told me - that they left the baby on the steps of St Mungo's, and that Narcissa saw a medi-witch pick her up and take her inside. So Lestrange now knows he's looking for a woman around 27 years of age, though likely her birthdate doesn't match the one Draco gave me because it sounds like they didn't leave any information with her when they dropped her at the hospital.
