The year is 2024. The wizarding world, relatively peaceful for so many years following the end of the second war, is entering a period of unrest...
WANTED:
Ministry heads of department and high up officials who were recruited in the early 2000's by Rodolphus Lestrange when they were lower down the career ladder in anticipation of this day when they would rise to the top and take power.
Ministry Death Eaters who want to run for the position of Minister for Magic would be even better.
Two or three Hogwarts professors who have been recruited to the Death Eaters who can keep an eye on the Order if they meet there, look for potential recruits among the older students and be ready to take over the castle if need be.
St Mungo's healers with purist views who have also been recruited and always heal fellow Death Eaters without questioning where their injuries have come from.
Death Eaters in other key areas that can help their cause and hinder the Order - e.g. Gringotts, the media, various businesses that can be Death Eater friendly etc.
Death Eaters with extremely purist views who believe that the only way to save the wizarding world is to rid the world of Muggles and Mudbloods and are willing to go to extreme lengths to achieve their goals. This is a sub-group of the Death Eaters who do not answer to anyone.
