While, cityoangels doesn't revolve around Joe Carroll, and his crazy mass following of Edgar Allan Poe loving serial killers. It does revolve around a copy cat killer of the late, Ted Bundy. While your character will not have to participate in anything related to murders other than ocassional glimpses in our local news station, nbcla.
