[12 Nov 2012|08:58pm] WANTED WELSH AND SCOTTISH QUIDDITCH PLAYERS The Welsh and Scottish World Cup Quidditch Teams are sadly missing many players. These teams will be announced in the next few weeks, so if you are excited by the idea of playing a World Cup calibre Quidditch player and they are born in Scotland or Wales, chances are they will be included in the World Cup team! The World Cup this year is being held in Australia, in January to accommodate the Australian Quidditch League's off season as well as to take advantage of the summer weather. The British & Irish League is taking a long hiatus over Christmas and January to allow for these players to travel down under and play in the World Cup.
