Hello! I’m one of the mods over at Magic in Storybrooke on tumblr. Our game is set after the first season of Once Upon a Time and through it we have been exploring the repercussions of magic's arrival in Storybrooke. We have a ton of great writers in game already, but we’d love to see more. Outside of our wanted list, we’ve got plenty of others (like Cinderella, Prince Humperdinck, Aladdin, and Jiminy Cricket). Characters not on the list can be applied for as well (we had someone bring in a Daniel – and his player came up with a nice little plot twist as to why he’s alive). It's been two years since the Battle of Hogwarts, since Voldemort's reign of terror was brought to an end. Hogwarts has been rebuilt and the Ministry is working diligently to correct the mistakes it made during the war, butting heads with the older generation as they strive to eradicate the prejudice that has been so squarely nestled in the heart of wizarding society. Society has been rebuilding, nursing their wounds, and remembering their dead. The war changed everything and in its wake, those left behind have to reconstruct their lives and move on.

There are new factions opposing the Ministry and there are still some who refuse to admit the war is over and that they've lost. Voldemort might be gone, but all is not well. Not yet. |
