Glee Summer RPG [22 May 2011|01:37pm] School is winding down at McKinley and Dalton Academy. Prom and Nationals are just around the corner. Finals are looming and seniors are getting lazy. Spring has finally come to Lima, Ohio but it's just the beginning. The most holy of seasons for high school students is almost upon us: SUMMER! Glee Summer of Fun is a Post-Season 2 RPG. We will follow canon right up until the season finale, but from there it's up to the players to decide how things unravel over the summer. Will favorite couples stay together? Will Rachel force the New Directions into New Directions Boot camp? Will Puck convince them to go to Vegas? Only the hot, humid summer days and the even hotter nights will tell. [22 May 2011|05:58pm] It's the new school year at Piffled and the students have a lot more to worry about than just a bunch of mandatory art electives. A student-run campaign, strengthened by the support of prefects, has changed the Hogwarts curriculum forever. Now a mandatory sexual education course is in place for all students 15 and older. Sex was previously a banned subject at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry under the assumption that "parents took care of that sort of thing" and the students were "too young to be having it anyway". That's old school now. This school year will go down in Hogwarts history as the year that the school expanded itself as being not only a magical institution with the artistic backbone established by the Ministry since 1998, but also as a place that truly prepares young adults for adulthood in the best way they know how. If you thought having The Talk with your mum was awkward, try having it with the Headmaster. *** Piffled has been open since June 2010 and is still running. Focusing on students from 5th to 7th year and recent Hogwarts graduates, it is about to enter the the 2023-2024 school year. An event oriented game, students are encouraged to participate in as many clubs, school activities, and events as possible. As a reminder, all students are required to take one fine art elective "club" to keep up with Ministry requirements as well as the mandatory weekly sexual education course. The Lethe Project: Now Open! [22 May 2011|09:34pm] THE LETHE PROJECT a panfandom horror/survival role playing community MAIN OOC MOD PREMISE RULES APPLICATION CHARACTERS WANTED MAP The receiving room lights, a hot white halogen array, greet you when you wake up. The room is small, with only some dated medical monitoring equipment, a metal gurney, a cylindrical security camera, and a locker beside the door. All of it was a sterile white once upon a time, but has been aged with mildew and mold. You are covered in a hospital gown and nothing else. That's alright, your clothing is waiting for you in the locker with a yellowed envelope on top of it. Inside is a letter printed on old perforated printer paper with the side tabs still attached. Welcome to The Lethe Project. As a volunteer for our program, you have been transported to our subterranean laboratory facility for testing and monitoring. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped to accommodate you during your stay with bunk space, a mess hall, gymnasium, and indoor garden. The non-invasive security system will monitor your activity and record your progress. Please enjoy your stay and thank you for your donation to science. Once you exit the room with your belongings, the door locks. There will be no way to return to that room, and there is no sign of a way out. post comment
