That great Hero was Tom M. Riddle. You might have heard the story as it being Albus Dumbledore but this is a different tale. It changed so many things and now with Minister Riddle heading the British Ministry the Wizarding World is a far different place. Albus Dumbledore never received the prestige and honor of downing such a threat. He never even became headmaster of Hogwarts, no chocolate frog card; he is merely a bright wizard that never reached his full potential. There is no such thing as interaction with the Muggle World. The first task of the Department of Mysteries was to device a way to pinpoint muggles carrying magical children. When that was accomplished all expecting mothers of magical children were taken to the Wizarding World. The woman is paired to a fostering magical family expecting a child around the same time. When the children are born they are called Magical Twins. The muggle woman is obliviated and deposited back in her world with no idea where her child has gone or that she was even carrying one. These twins are treated no different from any blood related children of their parents. It is a gift to raise a child in such a way giving them a better life then they could have had otherwise. Blood classification has been abolished. It ended due to one women's plan to marry her son to the Princess Elizabeth, the only surviving heir to the Royal Family, forever uniting the two branches and therefore bringing peace to England. That women was Margaret Beaufort the grandmother of Henry VIII. It has been thirty years since then and her grandson, King Henry VIII is now King of England. His marriage to Katherine of Aragon is falling apart. There is no heir and no sign of one. Henry's eyes are starting to wander, and so far there has been lots of mistresses. Soon there will be even more. Anne Boleyn is his latest conquest. She wants more than just to be a mistress though. Her family wants her to have more. Will she get it? Or will her plan fail? A Historic Love is a Tudor Era roleplay that focuses on plot development and writing. SOCIETY It's not easy being a straight guy in this town, especially not in politics, but Harry Freeman tries his best. Sure, he's hardly whiter than white, but he's kept mostly to the straight and narrow, and managed to stay in office for the past ten years. He just knows he's never going to make it to the top unless he's willing to bend a little more. The City Echo started out as a pissant nothing of a paper, but it has been ruthlessly pushed over the years and now it's the biggest thing in town when it comes to news. And in the middle sits the editor, always pulling strings to get the right results. Carlotta Ferris might never have got the best education in the world, but she knows all she needs to - the renowned beauty knows the power of her looks and uses them to her best advantage. [10 Feb 2010|09:34pm] rules cast storylines apply Kingsley Shacklebolt has been named Minister of Magic and with the help of the Aurors and their most famous recruit, Harry Potter, the Ministry has arrested most of the followers of Voldemort. Of course, in a horror so wide spread for almost a year, it is hard to discern what was by choice and what was done for survival. Some of the villains have slipped through the cracks and some of the victims still need to prove their innocence. The sense of safety has not returned and the damages done are irreparable. Irreparable is set in 2004. It is meant to explore the lives of the survivors of the Second War, observing how they cope with the things that happened to them during the war and pick up the pieces of their lives. It has been nearly six years, but some things can never be fixed. The aftermath of the war has left scars that will only fade over time, but never disappear. post comment
