Durmstrang Uber Alles - a Durmstrang-based HP game on Inksome [05 Aug 2008|12:29am]
PREMISE
The Durmstrang Institute was created for the magical instruction of Eastern European wizards. Once upon a time, it accepted all promising students who had magical aptitude, but now, any time that Muggleborns and halfbloods were ever accepted is a distant memory, in favor of rigid social classes and tradition. Students are ingrained with a sense of superiority or inferiority [one that often starts at home], a respect for tradition and appropriate social behavior, and most importantly a strong desire to succeed and to be the best. Students that graduate from Durmstrang are the most talented, the strongest, the brightest, and the best. The only question is...are you strong enough to survive until graduation?

GAME INFORMATION


Fall 2023. James Potter II is a seventh year. This generation never knew the war. It's a new generation full of muggleborn acceptance (for the most part) and infinite possibilities. Without the looming threat of a dark wizard, these kids are open to new possibilities in their lives, their dreams, and their relationships.

Wizkids is a next generation Harry Potter game that sticks to cannon (as of August 2008, we're not going to change our whole cannon if Rowling comes out with another list of who marries who in a week). It's a game where you're welcome to explore drama and comedy. Be serious, find some angst. Balance it out.

Wizkids: The War is Just A Legend To These Kids.

Opens August 12th, 2008 (Date in Game Will be August 12, 2023).
