What happens to the old gods, once their temples have crumbled and their believers have abandoned them? Do they die, forsaken, alone? Or do they remain, still wandering the world, immortal, surviving off what little belief they can gather?
Forgotten Gods follows the lives of these old deities, brought to America long ago by explorers or immigrants from their homelands and eventually abandoned or lost from memory. As their worshippers moved on to new religions, the gods' powers waned - for a god, at its most pure essence, is no more than an idea, and an idea is worthless if there is nobody to believe in it. Some have passed, forgotten, from the world, while others have fallen into madness. Some have simply tried to adapt, to make a life for themselves in this place without gods, getting by on what little scraps of worship and belief they can garner. Others are more radical, attempting to regain the power that was once theirs, to revive their followings.
And then there are the New Gods. Gods of cars and computers, television and radio, cities and highways, all those things that modern Americans put their faith in. They are young, at the height of their power. These newcomers are regarded dismissively by some of the older gods, who have seen so many new deities rise and fall in their time; jealously by others, who wish to reclaim the power for their own; and by all with a deep wariness.
Inspired by the world of Neil Gaiman's American Gods, this game invites players to step into the roles of deities, old and new, to create their own modern mythology.

A Supernatural Boarding School Game

Anybody up for a little supernatual fun? Without the crazy, undefined, confusing roles--Anathema Prep is just for you.
With the roles of the races well defined, it's hard NOT to understand what's going on. The setting is realtime although it is obviously AU. All references to modern pop culture will be relevant. Anathema Prep is a high school for the recently turned Vampires and Weres, and Witches and Humans of the appropriate age. Turned is used here as a human who has been scratched/bitten or otherwise changed in any other way so that they are now genetically described as either a Vampire [the traditionally undead] or as a Were-creature. All characters and students of Anathema Prep will be of teenage mind and body.
The twist to Anathema Prep is that in addition to its Supernatural background, there are premade confessions and secrets for each character. Since it's a PB game, they're running off of secrets. The more people that join, the less secrets there are so HURRY and make sure you get the one you want! We're coming back from a recent update to our information and such, so we're open to every Race except for Witches, as we have more witches than anything else right now. Humans, Were-Creatures, Vampires & Human Donors or Familiars are all open and wanted.

| The Seven Kingdoms are without a King and the ancient game of thrones begins anew. For almost a thousand years the Targaryens have reigned, yet now the powers of the world watch with greedy anticipation as Westeros sinks into turmoil. The lords of the land have met in the capital city to choose one of their own to rule, but not one of them has forgotten their ancestors were kings of separate lands.
Will there be Seven Kingdoms once more or will the Lords put aside their pride and vote to place one alone upon the treacherous Iron Throne?

diverse selection of laypeople, knights, nobles, septons and miscellaneous castle inhabitants, as well as characters from Across the Narrow Sea. Especially sought after is the fugitive Rhaeys Targaryen, framed for the assassination of his brother the former King.

Humanity witnessed the pinnacle of its evolution. For a short span of time, Earth was a veritable paradise and the genius of man seemed untouchable. They say that history wields the greatest lessons of all; a saying that has always been proven true. As technologically brilliant as we had become, we did not learn from our mistakes. We did not learn to overcome our own hubris. Each country became lofty of its achievements, while simultaneously becoming greedy for those of others. Those caught in the middle were forced to chose sides. So began a war unlike any other and, when it all ended, the paradisiacal version of Earth was lost.
It has been thirty years since and the world has yet to recover. It lies mostly barren and uninhabitable, save for a few bleak cities scattered over the northern hemisphere. Human society has attempted to pick up the pieces but struggle to remain hopeful in the face of a despotic government that monitors and regulates their every move. Some flee the dictatorship to live on the outskirts, or even in the deserts – only to cope with the perpetual sand storms, lack of resources, and those mutated by the nuclear holocaust we unleashed to end the war.
