It’s the beginning of the school year, 1997, when the first leaf falls to the ground. It was almost like everything was back to normal. The year before had become a distant memory as the students of Hogwarts returned to school with nothing to focus themselves on besides the every constant rumors that floated through the hallways, their social lives and, of course, actual schoolwork. Voldemort is gone, though some of his followers are still on the run or keeping to themselves to avoid attention. It’s almost as though it’s become another era, a happier one.
Without a war to worry about, the student body keeps itself busy by paying closer attention to the latest gossip or scandal going around the school, passing notes or sharing comments through their journals. New friendships and relationships are made, and Hogwarts has never been quite like this before.
Set in the trio's seventh year, RIDDIKULUS focuses on the school life and social interactions of the Harry Potter characters. We have a diverse cast, raging from those who thrive on gossip, to those who prefer to keep to themselves and their schoolwork, to the ones who love creating mayhem for the heck of it... and everything in between.

Unlike other games based on a no-war environment, Euphoria Lane provides mod designated events on a local, national, and international scale, so there will always be a plot to follow, alongside in-depth character development. We've also made it very easy for new players to catch up!
We are looking for motivated and creative role-players, who are willing to put effort into making the Harry Potter world as real as possible, through quality writing and original storylines. If you're a player looking to explore individual depths and development for a character you love, we invite you to join us with your wit, irony, and maybe a little flash of skin.

LET'S CRUISE is a unique, established, and active PB roleplay community at InsaneJournal. The game focuses on the employees of the fictional company, Serendipity Cruise Lines, Inc., which is based in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and owns and operates a fleet of cruise ships that travel the world visiting many different ports of call. One of the ships, the Serendipity Surprise, is connected to the corporate offices via the internet. New characters can either work at the corporate headquarters in positions ranging from vice presidents and managers to secretaries and sales representatives, or they can work on the Surprise in a wide variety of positions in entertainment, food and beverage, the hotel industry and the medical field. All characters have journals which can be read by every character in the game, regardless of location.
This community is nearly 8 months old, and we are an active and friendly bunch, always willing to welcome new people into the fold. We prefer threading over AIM when it comes to writing out scenes, but many of us have AIM for OOC chatting and plotting. Every PB is welcome, as long as he or she is age-appropriate for your character. Many jobs are available, and there is a wanted list for storylines located here. We are very open-minded, and we love to stretch our writing muscles and think outside the box. Storylines that might be considered too over the top for other communities are embraced and loved here. We focus mostly on the storytelling and character development aspects of roleplay and journal entries and threads make up the majority of the friends list, with only one community reserved for the occasional random post. ACTIVE FOR 7 MONTHS!

Its been months now since President McCannials was elected. Since then, life for mutants has been growing more and more difficult. Left and right, mutants are losing their jobs. Left and right, mutants are being found dead. Left and right, mutants are losing their rights, their families, their homes, their lives.
A mutant hospital has been opened, known as "the New York Establishment of Mutantology", a testing facility for Mutantologists (that is, Mutant scientists) for better understanding of abilities, how they got them. Every day mutants are being taken into the hospital for testing, and some of them aren't making it out.
A drug has been created, for testing on the mutants. It is believed that the drug will put an end to the abilities these mutants hold. But not all mutants are being stopped. Some are dying from the side effects (however covered up by the Government), some are getting new abilities. The effects of this drug are widely unknown.
On November 15, 2020 - a flyer was sent out to every family in America, listing all the laws mutants were expected to follow. If these rules were not followed correctly, the mutant will be punished by hospitalization, or death.

Welcome to Mysteria where the strange is normal. In a town that was founded by supernaturals, it's generally accepted by the humans that live there that their neighbors are...a bit eccentric. Everyone has a secret here and what happens in Mysteria, stays in Mysteria.
Mysteria is an original rp set in the supernatural/paranormal genre. We are a game with original characters in an original setting. We are not a multifandom but if you like shows like Supernatural, Hex, Reaper, Charmed, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Ghost Whisper, The Dresden Files, and Moonlight or movies like Underworld, The Covenant, Skinwalkers, Blood and Chocolate, Van Helsing, Constantine, Blade, and other horror movies, or books by authors such as Jim Butcher, Laurell K Hamilton, Kelley Armstrong, Kim Harrison, and other paranormal writers, then Mysteria is for you as the key elements and themes can be found within our rp. We are character development focused with character and group plots encouraged. Major plot lines that will affect the game as a whole are given by the mods and all characters are welcome to get involved.
We are looking for players that are looking to have fun while developing their characters and plots with others. Supernatural and human characters alike are needed. Characters of all ages are welcome, but players must be of 18 years of age due to violence and mature content that may occur.
