CDJs!
I'm currently in the middle of working on my first CDJ, and I've got a couple of questions I've been forgetting to ask.

What do other RPers expect to see in a CDJ? Or, what do other RPers would like to see included in a CDJ? I'm well aware of the typical, necessary sections like retired and active character/RPG lists, PB tables, storyline suggestions, muse box, RP samples, RP history, etc. What I mean is things that should be there, but it hasn't been thought of yet or isn't as well known as the popular/standard info?

Fire away with suggestions! =D

P.S: Secondly, I thought it'd be interesting to hear what are people's turn offs regarding CDJs.

Well my CDJ is [info]singulartoast, and I've got most if the above 'usual' things in there, but I also use it to post things for my characters - icon expression tables, and I'm working my way through bios and soundtrack for each. Just random things that I think help me develop my character's personalities and likes/habits.

Plus I use it to post any brainstorming I do for thread/plot ideas, but they're all locked to the journal.

This layout, which I keep meaning to remake has a lot of stuff you could include in the about tab you could snag. There's stuff about the player I've decided most people use going through random CDJs: timezone, interests, etc. I also love seeing activity logs (linked activity and for what characters at what games) because I'm nosey. Apart from that, I've got nothin'. I think CDJs aren't really used enough (or are also used as journals so much) for there to be specific standards about them.

I agree with Chaperoned about the activity logs link; it would be great to see what kind of lengths of posts are like with WIP rpgs. Links to other journals would be great, as well, so we can keep track of same-players without peaking at the AIMs of every list...at least, I hope I'm not the only one that does that. *shifty eyes*
