I meant to reply to this the other day when I saw it but I figured someone would get to it before I had the time. The file is too large to post in a comment/textarea so I put it in notepad and uploaded the code to sendspace. Here you go!

It works on InsaneJournal's custom pages (for paid accounts) as well as most hosting sites (ripway, webs, bravehost), but I don't believe it works on Scribbld. If you are looking for the one that's just a table code posted in an entry and not its own page, I sadly can't help you there as I only have the older version of that.
