CODE:


HOW TO MODIFY:
Just change the Lorem Ipsum stuff and fillin the character information. There is one image and you need to crop your pics to be 180 by 300 to fit the current table and just put them in the <img scr="">. If the name you use is too big for the line, change the font-size: 50pt; to something smaller. You can change the colors as well.

Hey there... I'm having trouble with this layout... all I do is copy and paste and the name sizes are incorrect, and there is raw code on the page... any hints on what is going wrong?

I am trying to put it in an entry, to organize a character so much better and this code and box thing keep appearing above the layout. Is there a way to fix this? because at this point all I did was copy and paste and am getting ready to fill in my character's stuff.

For some reason the last box (the OOC one) keeps coming up wonky on mine - it doesn't span the width of the table and the border on the left-hand side is missing. I don't know why, as I C&Ped directly from the box and didn't mess with anything.

You added some more rows to your stuff

so you need to ctrl+F for rowspan="8" and change it to rowspan="10"

Since you added another set of rows you need to ctrl+F for rowspan="8" and change it to rowspan="10"

Ended up modifying it a bit (got rid of the picture area and changed some text areas) so I have nice pretty layouts for all my current and former pups. Too many to link, but if you click my user name, you can see them all!

This isn't a journal layout, this goes http://www.insanejournal.com/update.bml as an entry/post into the journal. If you want a layout, that's what goes in the customization area.

well hm, you don't have that setting turned on. are you sure you're copying the whole text box? is it messed up on the site view or just the journal view?

i'm not really sure what the problem is, but could you copy/paste this and send it back to me with the code you have in that entry

yeah you're missing the first part of the code you need to have



at the top of your code. just copy that and put it in front of where yours starts at td rowspan
