He is a born leader, and find it difficult to accept that he can't please everyone. He believes that there is good in everyone and is a bona fide idealist. He's respected because he's the most capable to lead, both objective and methodical despite the fact that he's a bit of a tight ass.

She's not at all invasive, and believes that the good will shine through anyone given time. Of course, she's insecure of her own abilities, being so powerful, and there is a wild side hidden beneath all the docile, controlled layers.
