Say someone had no access to photoshop to make icons is there a just as good free alternative?

	Pixlr.com It's an online thing so nothing to download. If you want something downloadable there is Gimp, but I think that thing confuses me more than Paintshop and Photoshop combined. Pixlr is by far the easiest and you can actually open pictures by links in it instead of downloading photos and then uploading them to crop only to save them again. (Reply to this)
